Delete your W-orkout account
Updated Oct 18, 2026
You can delete your W-orkout account and all its data on the server at any time, no reason needed.
Delete in the app
- Open W-orkout and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and data, then Delete account to confirm.
The deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.
No longer have the app?
Email contact@wujo.dev from the account's email address (with Hide My Email on Apple: mention the relay address Apple created). We confirm the account is yours, then delete it the same way the app does.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account at Clerk (email, name, profile picture, and your password if you sign in with email).
- Your workout history, your plans, your body profile and your body measurements on the server, and the copy of your workouts, plans and measurements on the phone you use.
- Your plan share links: they stop working. Copies people already saved are theirs and stay.
- Your connection with a trainer: the trainer no longer sees your workouts and progress; the plans they assigned, your session packages (including used sessions) and their notes about you are deleted.
- For trainers: your trainer profile, client invites, session packages and promotions, and your connections with clients along with the plans you assigned and the packages you sold them.
- Your trainer application and its certificate files (deleted from Cloudflare R2).
- Your subscriptions (app plan and trainer plan), payOS payment orders and redeemed vouchers.
What is kept
- Device details (install id, device model, first app launch), no longer linked to the account, so the trial does not start again on the same phone.
- A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store's settings. Cancel it before deleting the account. Apple, Google and payOS keep their own transaction records under their own policies.
- An early-access email from workout.wujo.dev is not linked to the account: email us to have it removed.
- A voucher code you used still counts as used, but no longer records that you used it.
- Workouts recorded while signed out stay only on the phone and are deleted with the app.
